Can I update my personal profile information?You can update your personal information anytime from the CLEAR app by clicking on the bottom left menu and selecting Profile.

Can I change my phone number and email address on my personal profile?You can change your phone number and email address from the CLEAR app by clicking on the bottom left menu and selecting Profile. When you do, a notification will be sent to you confirm the change you made.

Can I disable or delete my profile?You can email help@getclrd.com to disable or delete your profile. If your profile is deleted, all information including prior test results will be destroyed and cannot be recovered.

Can I share my login with someone else?We recommend that you never share your login information with anyone. If you would like to share your results with a talent agency or production company, you can do so via the CLEAR app and they will be able to access them using their login.

Can I turn off two-factor authentication (sends you a text message when you log in)?Two-factor authentication is a security feature that protects your personal information and cannot be disabled. You can save time by saving your device session for 30 days. By doing so, the CLEAR app will not require you to enter a code sent to your phone during the 30-day period.

How do I create a new profile?Go to www.getclrd.com/book to create an account.

Will I be charged extra when I'm referred to TBD Health?CLEAR will never charge you anything to refer you to TBD Health; however, charges may apply if you decide to obtain care from TBD Health, and they will discuss that with you on their initial call.

How much does CLEAR Pass™ cost?CLEAR Pass™ costs $399 per month.

What is the difference between CLEAR Pass™ and PASS?CLEAR Pass™ is our unlimited testing subscriptions service while PASS is the oversight organization that determines testing requirements for the industry?

What are “organizations”?Organizations are talent agencies and production companies that have access to the CLEAR app.

How do I create an organization profile?Simply create an individual profile first (using your email), then navigate to Profile then Organizations and register a new organization.

Can I update my organization profile?You can update your organization’s profile by clicking on the menu button on the bottom left of the CLEAR app and selecting Profile then Organizations.

A performer wants to share their results with my organization. What do I do?Organization profiles are associated with individual profiles. In order for your organization to access shared results, you will first need to create an individual profile, then register an organization. Upon approval of your organization, the performer will be able to pick your organization from the list of active organizations in the CLEAR app, and you will be able to access the results shared with you by any performer.

How do I add an authorized user for my Organization?Go to My Organizations, select your organization profile, then click add authorized user.

How do I search for results that were shared with my organization?When a performer shares their results with your organization you will be notified via email. As long as the results continue to be shared, you will be notified every time a new result becomes available. To access them, simply login to the CLEAR app and navigate to Results > Shared with me > and use the search bar at the top to search using the performers Stage Name or Twitter handle. Results will appear below and you can click on them to view the detailed results.

I'm an agent or producer. How can I set up a credit card on file to pay for performer testing?Please call (866) GET-CLRD or email help@getclrd.com and we will be happy to set your credit card on file to pay for performer testing.

How do I receive my results?You will receive a text message and an email when all of your test results have been reported. Partial results may be reported sooner, but you will not be notified until all results are in. You are welcome to check partially-reported results in the CLEAR app.

How fast do I receive my results?Results vary based on where you get tested: Miami 12 PM PT the next day; 48 hours if collected after 12 PM ET Los Angeles Within 24 hours Vegas Within 24 hours; 48 hours if collected after 3 PM PT If you test at a partner location, results are reported within 48 hours from the collection date.

How do talent agencies and production companies access my results?Results are private and only visible to you by default. You can choose to share them across the CLEAR network (with any organizations on the platform) or individually with specific organizations.

How do I book and pay for a test?Log in to the CLEAR app and book a date and time that is most convenient for you. You will be able to pay for your tests while booking your appointment. Alternatively, you can walk into any of our testing locations to get tested.

What payment methods are accepted to pay for a test?We accept most major debit and credit cards. Cash or checks are not accepted.

Do you accept cash or check to pay for an appointment?We do not accept cash or check to pay for tests.

How do I pay for a walk-in appointment?When you walk into one of our testing locations, you will be asked to book the next available appointment slot. Our phlebotomists will take care of the rest and are happy to help you with the process.

Do I need an appointment to get tested or can I just walk in?While appointments are preferred to provide you with our undivided attention, walk-in appointments are always welcome.

What happens if I tested positive?Our Customer Service Team will be in touch to discuss your results and provide treatment options and suggestions.

What happens if I don’t receive my results on time?We are pretty great at proving your results on time, but sometimes things happen. If we are late for any reason, you’ll be getting a call from one of our Customer Service Team members with an updated time when we expect your results to be reported. And you may be eligible to receive a full refund of your test fee as part of our Money-Back Guarantee.

Do you accept specimens from other testing stations?We do not accept specimens from other testing stations or medical facilities. To find an authorized testing location visit www.getclrd.com/locations.

What are "organizations"?Organizations are talent agencies and productions companies that are active in the CLEAR platform.

Can I share my results with talent agencies and production companies?When you get tested, the results will be visible to you in the CLEAR app. Results are private by default and only you can see them. You can then choose to share with specific organizations (talent agencies or productions companies), or with the CLEAR network.

Can I revoke access to my results?You are always in control of how your results are shared. You can revoke or modify your sharing options at any time from your profile in the CLEAR app.

What results can talent agencies and productions companies see?Organizations can only see the last 6 negative results. Positive results are never visible to organizations and are only visible to you.

Can talent agencies and production companies see positive results?Positive results (also referred to as Reactive or Detected) are only visible to you and cannot be shared.

Are my results shared with talent agencies and production companies?Your results in the CLEAR app are private and only visible to you by default. You may choose to share your results individually with specific talent agencies or production companies, or to all organizations in the CLEAR network.

What personal information do organizations see when they view my results?Organizations that you have chosen to share your results with seeing the same information you see from your results.

Can performers share their results with my organization outside the CLEAR platform?No. Results of tested conducted by CLEAR can only be shared with your organization directly from performers. CLEAR will not share results directly with organizations.

Can results be emailed or faxed to me?To protect your privacy, and in order to comply with HIPAA, CLEAR cannot share results via email or fax. Results are only available via the CLEAR app.

How does the QR code of my results work?The QR code on your profile is meant to make it easier to share your most recent status with someone who may not have access to the CLEAR app. For instance, if you are on set and a producer asks for your status, you can simply login to the CLEAR app and show them the QR code, which they can scan and verify your status in real time. Both the QR code and the summarized results contain you the performer's first name, birth year, status, and results. It doesn't not contain Protected Health Information (PHI) that can be traced back to the performer.

How can someone verify my results if they don't have an account with CLEAR?You can login to the CLEAR app and click on the QR code on the top right next to the bell, or on the tile in the home page. The QR code will be displayed on your phone with your most recent status - Cleared or Not Cleared. Simply show them the QR code and ask them to scan them with their phone's camera. When they do, they will be able to download a summarized version of your most recent results. Both the QR code and the summarized results contain you the performer's first name, birth year, status, and results. It doesn't not contain Protected Health Information (PHI) that can be traced back to the performer.

Can I book my appointment over the phone?While our Customer Service team is happy to answer any questions over the phone, appointments must be booked online at www.getclrd.com/book.

How do I get a refund for an appointment I canceled?A full refund is automatically processed and refunded to the payment method you used to book your appointment. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be credited to the card you used.

How do I cancel my appointment?You can cancel any upcoming appointments by logging into the CLEAR app and navigating to Schedule on the bottom navigation bar. A full refund will be automatically processed to the payment method you used to book your appointment. Bear in mind that refunds may take up to 5 business days to be credited to the card you used.

Is there a cancellation fee?No, you will always receive a full refund whether you cancel or we cancel your appointment. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be credited to the card you used.

Can I walk-in to get tested or are appointments required?While appointments are recommended, walk-ins are always welcome. Please keep in mind that we do not accept cash on site, so if you walk into one of our locations you will be asked to schedule the next available appointment and pay online.

Can Customer Service provide me with medical advice?Customer Service is not equipped to provide talent with medical advice, however, they will connect you with a resource to assist you with any medical questions you may have.

Is my personal information secure?Your information is securely stored in U.S.-based servers and encrypted using state-of-the-art technology and is never shared with anyone not authorized by you.

Does CLEAR discuss my test results with anyone other than me?No, the only person authorized to inquire about your results is you or a healthcare provider authorized by you.

Can talent agencies and production companies inquire about my test results?No, the only person authorized to inquire about your results is you or a healthcare provider authorized by you.

How do I authorize a healthcare provider to access my results?Email Customer Service at help@getclrd.com to receive a Consent Form authorizing your healthcare provider to access your results.

I lost the phone I used to register with CLEAR. What do I do?CLEAR requires two-factor authentication when logging in from a new device, which means you will need access to your phone. If you lost the phone you used to register with CLEAR, email Customer Service at help@getclrd.com to suspend your account and prevent unauthorized access to your results. In the meantime, we are happy to arrange for you to get tested over the phone, if necessary.
